Ice cream cake

When I first saw ice cream + flour = bread (, I was a bit suspicious…. but the contents make sense, and a friend tried it and it kind of worked….

It was a little on the dry side for bread/cake, and a bit sweet for bread whilst not cake-sweet (although a lovely scone-alike), so I upped the ice cream:flour ratio a bit (just one cup of flour to two cups of ice cream) and went for a sweeter ice-cream (toffee fudge).

All I added was chopped nuts on top

I admit it would make a better sponge-pudding-with-custard than it does cake, but hey.

I shouldn't be sp surprised it worked, really...
